July 1, 2006: Nationals 4 Devil Rays 3
Saturday, June 30, 2007
| The Nationals break a 5 game losing streak with a one-run victory in interleague play. Even though Livan Hernandez has been downright terrible at times, he gets his 8th victory of the year with a 6 inning 3 run performance. Hernandez did try to give it away in the 5th, allowing 4 singles and issuing one walk but manages to limit the damage to 2 runs. Gary Majewski contributes 1 2/3 IP and a hold, which is refreshing considering he had allowed 9 runs in his last 2 outings. |
