| The Yankees make it look easy in taking the lead in their ALDS series with the Twins. The Yanks led off the 2nd with a single, double, walk and a double that was misplayed by the right fielder Mike Cuddyer. The 4 runs that would eventually score would be all the Yankees would need. Cuddyer went 0 for 5 with 3 strikeouts as the Twins cleanup hitter, so he was a disappointment all around for the homestanding Twins. Carlos Silva gets the start for the Twins in game 4. He will be opposed by Jaret Wright. |
