| The Nationals get a big win over the NL West-leading Padres, getting 5 runs in the 4th on the way to a 9-4 win. Ramon Ortiz was not great but was good enough for the win. Nick Johnson provided the big hit in the 5 run 4th, a 2 run homer. |
