| The Red Sox once again fail to score any runs against the Orioles, although on the plus side this one wasn't as bad as yesterday's 10-0 drubbing. Including the last 5 innings of the loss to the Royals 2 days ago, the Sox are scoreless in their last 23 innings. They did manage to load the bases in the 9th, but there were already 2 outs and 3rd string catcher Corky Miller was due up. I pinch hit with Gabe Kapler but he grounded out softly to 3rd base. |
