July 4, 2006: Nationals 6 Marlins 2

The Nationals rebound nicely from yesterday's 12-4 loss with a nice 6-2 victory. John Patterson gets the win, going 6 innings and getting bullpen help from Jon Rauch and Chad Cordero, who are turning out to be the only 2 reliable pitchers in the Nats pen.

Interesting to note that although the Marlins and Nationals have the same number of wins, the Nationals have played 5 more games and therefore have 5 more losses.
